Abstract This study aims to show the theoretical background of Emotional Intelligence, Person-Organization Fit, and studying the effect of emotional intelligence on person organization fit for Olympic Group employees, as well proposing a group of recommendations and suggestions that will help to raise the level of fit between the persons and the organization. from the analyses of the field study results, it was concluded the following: •There is no significant relationship between the EI dimensions and Innovation. •There is no significant relationship between the EI dimensions and Competition and Aggressiveness. •Two dimensions of EI (Intrapersonal skills and stress management) contributed to Supportiveness value, however, the other three dimensions of EI did not affect supportiveness. •There is no significant relationship between the dimensions of EI and Team Orientation. |
