Abstract
This research aims to use some antibiotics drugs from β-lactam family (amoxicillin,ampicillin,cefoperazone and cefotaxime). Over the past twenty years and β-lactam considered one of the most important antibiotics where are a large class of antimicrobial agents that have effective unique and very large in the treatment of many types of infectious diseasesand used widely for the treatment of human and veterinary diseases. β-lactamfeature bythroatquadruplecontainingnon homogeneous nitrogen atom, which is the basic unit of antibiotics, these antibiotics carry a wide range of activity against gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative. These drugs are used to kill bacteria cluster, the treatment of acute bronchitis, respiratory and digestive system.
