The management of the house a field of study of the science of Home Economics, but is in fact the backbone and mainstay of this
science, is also home management driving force, which is the completion of the responsibilities of heads of families in all aspects of family life,
economic, social, psychological, and in the way it used housewife family
what she has knowledge and experience and capabilities in solving family
problems and everyday housewife faced in overcoming the difficulties
encountered.
The managerial behavior of mental processes or mental consequent
activities carried out by family members and through which guide the
resources of the individual human and non-human, and I use it to satisfy
his needs and carry out its functions and accomplish its responsibilities
and achieve its objectives and goals of the family and the community, and
through a process of decision-making carried out by at all stages of the
managerial process at the face of the positions and problems of life
different in order to bring a balance between available resources and the
objectives and needs of the multiple and diverse to ensure him its
objectives and upgradable, has proven studies that the success of the
individual who is looking for the best level for living in a society depends
to a large extent on the degree of understanding and capacity of the
means by which that which stimuli in the acquisition of management
skills and how I use it and apply them to work efficiently and naturally
acquires sons managerial behavior of their families, whether by tradition,
practicing in their lives inside and outside the family.
Has addressed many of the studies the relationship between
spouses within the range of cultures prevailing in the various
communities, particularly with regard to the roles of men and women and
the status of both husband and wife in the family through the power of
decision-making family, and when the woman representing a human role
in society, so the interest in them has become a necessity imposed by the
conditions of development and progress. This always requires work to
promote them as a human wealth of the family and the community.
Women play an active role in the management of the affairs of her
family, they are primarily responsible for the interest in maintaining
physical and mental health and socialization for her family members, and
which is one of the most important goals that the family is seeking to
achieve through its managerial behavior.
