Abstract
In this study seventy buffaloes were examined which consists of four groups. Group I was twenty appearently healthy buffaloes, aging from 3-7 year and fed on berseem, concentraiemixture, rice straw and mineral mixture. Group II was Twenty buffaloes which showed anestrous, aging from 4-11 year and fed on wheat straw and draws or drawa and concentratemixture. Group III was fifteen buffaloes showed indigestion, aging from 8 mounth to 10 year and fed on berseem or berseem and wheat straw or berseem, tiben and wheat
bran. Group IV was fifteen buffaloes showed symptoms of alopecia, aging from 2% 5 year and fed on berseem and rice straw. In all animals both serum and diet were used, for determination of calcium, inorganic phosphorus and copper as well as ca/p ratio.
