Abstract

The inflation mechanism gum is a complex process , including how to control plaque , gingivitis , genetic factor , sex, age , and the level of drug in the blood, and the duration of treatment .
Cyclosporine is an effective medication for immunosuppression , universally used to prevent rejection of as Almzruaukzlk member for the treatment of disorders of the immune system .
The inflation gum is one of the most common side effects of the use of cyclosporine and prevalence ranging from 8 % to 70 % of patients.
Altacrospourin is also immune inhibitor drug used widely as an alternative to cyclosporine However , the prevalence and severity of gum inflation lower in patients taking Altacrolmis compared to those who are taking cyclosporine.
It seems that Alsaclausboin urges the abnormal accumulation of the outside of the cell mixture in the gingival tissues .
There is strong evidence of cellular changes in the mixture partial exterior of the cell, thus leading to inflation and gums that are organized by some cytokines and various growth factors .
Among these factors portfolio growth factor for cirrhosis , a conversion factor beta growth one.
Which attracted special attention, has been evaluated extensively with respect to swelling of the gums .
* The objective of the research :
 The aim of the study was to evaluate and compare the level of a conversion factor of growth beta and one in the serum of patients with kidney transplants who take cyclosporine with those who use Altacrollems whether they suffer from enlarged gums or not , as well as to assess the relationship between levels of a conversion factor of growth beta and one in serum and standards of clinical the gums in these patients and the impact of the first treatment for gum on these standards .
* Results :
 This study found that there is a clear difference in the conversion factor between the two sets of growth Cyclosporine and Altkrollems .
But does not have a clear difference in the levels of a conversion factor of growth among patients who suffer from enlarged gums and those who to ايعانون enlarged gums in both groups.
Also found a marked difference in the levels of a conversion factor of growth and improvement of all clinical measurements at different times of the study in both groups.
* Conclusions :
1. The prevalence and severity of gingival hyperplasia top in patients Ataao the cyclosporine compared to those who abusing Altkrollems .
2. Preventive treatments of the tissue surrounding a tooth lead to improving the status of the gums and reduce the severity of gingival hyperplasia .
