Abstract
The increase in the industrialized societies leads to exclusive out comes on human being in the last decades. On the other hand the diffusion of industrial chemicals that is released by many industries including chrome plating, stainless steel production, welding, chrome pigmenting, and leather tanning. The most dangerous problem is hexavalent chromium er (VI) which arises from these industries. This chemical has serious intoxications and incidence as genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, and reproductive toxicity. The present study was carried out to elucidate the toxic effect of potassium dichromate and the ameliorative effect of zinc sulphate on male fertility, serum level of reproductive hormones ”testosterone and L.H” in albino rats, genotoxic effects on bone marrow, effects on nucleic acid.
