Abstract
We aim in this work to develop new chromatographic and
spectrophotometric methods for rapid simultaneous separation and
determination of selected drugs in bulk and dosage forms.
This point of research is concerned with different techniques such
as spectrophotometric and HPLC methods for quantitative
determination of some pharmaceutical compounds containing
amine as cephalosporins and thiol groups as captopril in bulk and
dosage forms.
Trials are carried out to develop new methods for determination of
these drugs. The different parameters are studied in details to
optimize the proposed methods and statistical analysis has been
done to compare the proposed methods with the reported refrence
methods.
