Abstract

The parameters used for measuring the effect of immunostimulants and non immunostimulants of vaccinated poultry were cell mediated immune response measured by B and lymphocytes blastogenesis , total and differential leucocytic T Humoral immunity were measured by determination of t countto. hetal serum protein , albumin and globulin , electrophoretic anal globulin , neutralization antibodies s of , and aggluti ysination test then protection percentage of poultry against agglutination with virulent poultry . clostridial strains and measured the immune response of challenged
The effect of different doses of local prepared clostridial vaccine on poultry (chicks , ducklings , gooslings and turkeys poults) with out immunostimulants gave in measure of cell mediated immune response increase of B and T lymphocytes more than control groups in all group of poultry, increased of total leucocytic count as well as heterophiles and monocytes and more increase occur in polyvalent clostridial vaccine then C. septicum vaccine , C. erfrin ens type ”C” , ”D” and ”A” then C. sordellii vaccines respectively. Also in measure of humoral immunity recorded that increase ofantibody against clostridia] strains by neutralization test total serum protein and globulin but albumin within normal range and increase of gamma globulin in electrophoretic analy of g yvalent sis o e in pol globulin then beta but alpha within normal ran clostridial vaccine then C. slalom vaccine , C,erfrpALt ens types ”C” , ”D” and ”A’ then C. sordellii vaccines respectively .
The effect of different doses of prepared clostridial vaccine on poultry (chicks ,ducklings ,gooslings and turkeys poults) with use of vitamin ”E and selenium” as immunostimulant gave in measure of cell mediated immune response more significant increase of B and T lymphocytes more than control groups in all group of poultry increase of total leucocytic count as well as heterophiles , monocytes and basophiles and more increase occur in polyvalent clostridial vaccine then C. seplisiLin vaccine , C. erp jiin ens types ”C” , ”D” and ”A” then C. sordellii vaccines respectively . Also in the measure of humoral immunity recorded that more significant Clostridum infection of poultry couses severe proplems allover the world so we must prepare clostridia) vaccines for vaccination of poultry (chicks ,ducklings , gooslings and turkeys poults).
