The interest in the concept of organizational affiliation and it creation among the individuals helps to motivate employees in organizing for the work and to their acceptance of its objectives and the values and in increasing the effort that they spend to work towards achieving these goals and the desire in continuing in the regulation which will reduce the negative phenomena such as high rates of absenteeism and changing work and the low level of performance, because for the organizational affiliation there are positive effects to the individual and to the organization, though its absence will leave a negative impact on the effectiveness of the organization and its ability.
Thus, this study aims to examine the phenomenon of the organizational affiliation towards workers in public educational institutions and comparing it with the private educational institutions , and to state relative impact caused by personal variables represented in the (Age - Gender - Education - Status - income - health status), and the organizational variables represented in (mobility - experience - integration into the work - a central bureaucracy or degree - stability and continuity in the work - the administrative level) on the degree of organizational affiliation and the impact of these changes depending on the sex of workers (male - female) and the extent to which they have on the degree of affiliation.
The study relied on selected samples consisting of 470 individuals from working in the public and private educational institutions (managers - administrators assigned teachers in schedules ) for basic education at El-Beida the city – Jebel Al Akhder Region \ Libya, throughout applying the descriptive analysis and comparative methodology and statistical method also used the questionnaire form to collect information and data regarding the subject of the study, in addition to a number of statistical methods through the statistical program (SPSS), in order to interpret the results obtained in order to realize the best description of the society of the study and the subject to achieve the objectives of the study and proof its duties. This study is divided into six chapters , as follows:
Chapter One: The general framework of the study
We dealt with exposing of the problem of the study , its importance and objectives of which it seeks to achieve its hypothesis and varieties and a list of included concepts ,
in addition to display a number of previous Arab and foreign studies , which were dealt the subject . of organizational affiliation.
Chapter II: Conceptual and theoretical framework for organizational affiliation:
We discussed the entrances theory and the general framework for the study of belonging regulatory and through the definition of the concept of organizational affiliation and its importance and dimensions, components and factors affecting them and the reasons and motives behind the interest organizations by the organizational affiliation and the consequential results upon it and the motives on the individual and the organization, beside the methods and ways of activating and strengthening the sense of organizational affiliation and a review of some metrics mentioned in the heritage of theoretical concept. Finally the most important theoretical approaches to the study of organizational affiliation given to the legacy of the social sciences.
Chapter III: education and educational institutions in the public and private Libya:
We addressed the historical of the stages of education in Libya and the reflection of each period on the reality and the problems of education in Libya in addition to the existing educational system at the moment and to where the education had arrived in educational institutions in Libya.
Chapter IV: the systematic construction of study:
We addressed a description of the methodology and the community, sample of the study and how to build it, and also includes procedures for the application of the current study and the statistical treatment used in analyzing of the results of which the researcher relied in gathering facts about the phenomenon which is the subject of the study for interpretation and analysis.
Chapter V: data analysis and hypothesis testing:
This chapter included displaying the data to ensure the correctness of hypotheses through questionnaire of workers in the public and private educational institutions as well as the demographic information which collect information on personal variables, using a set of statistical tests appropriate by the statistical program (SPSS).
Chapter VI: The results, recommendations and proposals:
This included chapter presenting the most important results of the field study and test hypotheses which validated the truth four hypotheses in studying the organizational affiliation for workers in educational institutions both public and private, except the first section of the question IV of the study on the teaching level , whereas has proven that ( there are no statistically differences regarding the level of organizational affiliation between males and females depending on the variable of the educational level.)
The chapter also included a series of recommendations and proposals that could benefit us in this issue and a number of suggested topics for future studies.
A list of all references, books, scientific journals and letters and websites that have been referenced in the study.
Finally plenty of annexes were joined with this study represented in putting a questionnaire on the subject and a list of arbitrators and some statistics and information regarding the study.
