Abstract

In this work trials were used for the preparation of a newly types of PUF foam and Silica Gel, which can be used for the extraction and the preconcentration of some doping heavy metal ions. A technique used for this purpose is solid–phase extraction (SPE).
This technique designed for rapid, selective sample, clean-p, recovery and concentration necessary for accurate quantitative analysis. The work presented in this thesis is divided into four chapters:
Chapter (1)
Introduction
It presents a summarized idea about the pollution environment by heavy metal consideration, a discussion about the solid phase extraction of Zinc, Copper and Manganese. The advantages of using PUF and silica gel determination of studied heavy metals Flam atomic absorption (FAA) were also reported.
Review of Literature
This chapter includes some information about phenomenon of pollution, classification of pollutants.
