We live in an age of psychological conflict and stress. This burden has increased to be a disease and an enemy threatening any human being. It has become a remarkable unavoidable feature of our modern life. Our modern life has set up many challenges and needs before man, and those in turn have forced him to lose his psychological balance. It is well known that man′s psychological condition determines his feeling turning him either to a happy or to a sad miserable one suffering all the time. The stable balanced character is the one that reflects satisfaction on all the aspects of life. Once this satisfaction is lost, suffering and disease come to surface. Stress starts once man works in a job that doesn′t suit his abilities and capabilities, a job that either has been enforced up on him or its nature and it’s in come don′t meet his needs. This stress turn into a negative phenomenon affecting kindergarten teachers turning them into unproductive characters showing laziness, alienation, absence, retirement, or even quitting the job as a whole, such condition usually breed problems and deprive the teachers of their creative abilities. Study problem The problem of our study is to investigate the relation between the quality of life and psychological work stress for creative preschool teachers through answering the following question: 1-Is there is relation between the quality of life and psychological work stress in creative preschool teachers?
