Abstract

Compare the bone height changes around the implants and the natural abutments when restoring Kennedy class II cases using the following two different treatment modalities: 1. A unilateral tooth-implant supported telescopic retained removable partial over-denture.2. A tooth-implant supported telescopic retained removable partial over-denture with cross arch stabilization.
