This study aimed to : study was to study the most important recent administrative approaches and their activation in administrative communication and put a proposal for requirements of activating administrative communication in the university education in the light of some recent administrative approaches such as e-management, knowledge management, and team work. The research has proceeded through several procedures covered by the researcher in five chapters:  Chapter 1: (the general framework of the study problem) has discussed the problem, objectives, importance , the approach used , sample, tools and previous studies.  Chapter 2: administrative communication in the university education (theoretical framework)  Chapter 3: modern management approaches and their role in activating the administrative communication in the university education.  Chapter 4: (field study) which aimed at recognizing the reality and constraints of Mansoura University administrative communication and administrative communication activation requirements at Mansoura University in the view of some modern management approaches.  Chapter 5: results of the study and the suggested proposal. The search had reached a set of results including the following: 1-There are many constraints which limit the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative communication with University such as Human constraints, Environmental and social constraints, The organizational constraints and The technical constraints. 2-The diversity of aspects of the benefits of applying the modern management entrances adopted by the researcher in the activation of the administrative communication at Mansoura University in. some of these are: providing time and cost of sending and receiving different information and messages at the university, providing all the information necessary for the continuity of operations communication at the university, achieving the transparency and clarity of the information necessary to complete the process of communication, and strengthening the network of human relations among all employees; However, there are many constraints that prevent the activation which the most important of these are in : the occurrence of sudden breakdowns in the means of electronic communication during sending or receiving the message .The control of the organizational culture that limits the sharing of knowledge at the university, and the lack of awareness of of the importance of work in a team, also this this axis resulted in the existence of many of the requirements to activate the administrative communication in the light of these approaches that the most important of these are in the: provision of infrastructure, advanced technological university, providing a centralized database that enables to store knowledge at the university, and spreading the culture of teamwork.
