Abstract
The superstructure designs of an implant supported overdenture has proved to affect the transfer of stresses to the underlying bone. In this study two superstructure designs of an implant supported overdenture were compared, to evaluate changes in implant stability and bone height in each group. Patient satisfaction was also evaluated.
