Abstract
In this work we have prepared seven samples of COI00-~x (9.4
< x < 24.5) by using the electro-plating technique. It has been
found that the surface homogeneity of the prepared materials is
very sensitive to the parameters controlling the experiment.
Atomic absorption spectrophotometer have been used to determinate
the atomic percentage of phosphorus (at.% of P), X-ray diffraction
has been used to characterize the amorphous state of the samples.
It was found that the samples of x < 11 % can not be prepared in
amorphous form. The dc electrical resistivity has been measured.
