This research ’entitled” the verdict of participation in crime ”comparative study in criminal Egyptian Law in a very important subject. So, I have dealt with it in a preface and three chapters.
The preface is about the terminology, the title and what is concerned with it & 102;& 114;& 111;& 109; terminology concerned with the subject.
The first chapter is about participation in the crime , its types and its forms in the Islamic jurisdiction. The second chapter is about the punishments of participation in crimes in Islamic jurisdiction and criminal law.
The third chapter is about the circumstances in deciding the punishment of participation.
The introduction of the research includes the importance of the subject and former studies and research approaches and research plan. And the conclusion includes the most important results and recommendations which the researcher reaches.
