Abstract Purpose: To isolate and culture of stem cells extracted from human dental pulp of an exfoliated primary teeth and to evaluate the effect of Emdogain®-gel on the culturing cells after isolation from human dental pulp of the primary teeth. Materials and Methods: (First stage),dental pulp stem cells have been isolated from the pulp tissue of human primary teeth using digestion method.(Second stage),evaluation of cell proliferation of human dental pulp stem cells from primary teeth were divided to two groups of dishes each (control group.1)which contain UDMSCs (undifferentiated mesenchymal stem cells) in culturing media without containing extracted enamel proteins other group of dishes(experimental group.1) contain UDMSCs culturing media with extracted enamel proteins.(Third stage),evaluation of differentiation and mineralization of human dental pulp from primary teeth was investigated through two selective groups of dishes were (control group.2) there were containing UDMSCs without osteogenic media and other group(experimental group.2) the experimental group which contains UDMSCs with Emdogain and osteogenic media. |
