There’s an urgent need for an Educational Scientific Study, to reform the general secondary education in Egypt, in the light of the local Community vision and the experience of some of the developed countries in order to make that vision clear or (pave the way) for the educational decision makers and planners in the field of education and in front of all who are interested in working in the field of education.
The most important research results were forming a vision of community for the rehabilitation of general secondary education in Egypt through the questionnaire results of the chosen search sample, It was reached to imagine a proposal to reform the general secondary education in Egypt in the light of all of the vision community indicated in the questionnaires’ results and experience drawn from the results of selected states in reform of general secondary education.
The current study recommended that some future studies would have to be done in the following:
- A study of community vision –based on primary and preparatory education reform in Egypt in the light of the experiences of some developed countries.
- Study the ”Program for International Student Assessment”, PISA in more detail and stand on the results of the participating States and to know the reasons for the superiority of some of these States.
- Study Program tests ”the orientations of global study of science and mathematics” TMISS, and the knowledge and most important results and to know the reasons for the superiority of certain States in science and mathematics.
- A study of the program of ”international study to measure the progress in reading the world” PIRLS, its importance, objectives, the most important results and the reasons for the superiority of some of the participating States.
- Study of the reasons for the superiority of certain States to reform education system such as Hong Kong, Shanghai (China).
