المستخلص

This study aims to shed some light over water resources in A.R.E and their development ability besides current and future needs. the study also discusses the most important signs and efficiency criteria for the available productive materials as well as the methodology that enables making use of irrigation water via a sample taken from different farmers in El-Minya governorate during agriculture season in years 2012 /2013
1-The study implies introduction and for sections .the first part discusses reference ,the second focuses on water resources in Egypt , the third mentions an economical analysis for irrigation methods in El-Minya governorate and finally the last part studies costs of farm productions for crops –under study, and evaluating water irrigation efficiency criteria used in irrigation for same crops which reaches the followings: Previous studies pointed out inefficiency of irrigation methods used in saving and more benefitable for Egypt.
2-Nile is considered the essential water resource in Egypt and how it is important to implement and carry future Nile projects as well as using the untraditional Egyptian resources.
3-there are water misuses in the Egyptian irrigation used in agriculture which means that the capacity of its usage comes under the criteria which implement the maximum usage of it.
4-water irrigation coasts comes in the second place after human factor in Samalote while it comes in the forth or maybe the fifth place in Abou-Qurqas
5-Water irrigation special for wheat crops in Samalote providence ranges between 93%- 56% .
6-The wasted irrigation water used in wheat irrigation in Abuha village ,Aou-Qurqas providence is estimated about 1.92 million cubic meters while the available amounts that could be used are about 1.346 million cubic meters which in its turn enables to cultivate about 896.747.597 acres using either surface or sprinkler and drip irrigation chronologically ordered . Assuming that these areas will produce same acre production for same crop through study sample which is about 21 ardeb per acre in this village ,these spaces which produced about 12.547 totally or about18.816-15.687 thousand ardebs for each of the above mentionwd irrigation methods and also achieves a total finance estimated by 7.150-5. 962-4.464 million L.E. successively according to market prices in agriculture season years 2012/2013.
7-The wasted irrigation water used in wheat irrigation in Beni-Ebeed village ,Aou-Qurqas province is estimated about 2.05 million cubic meters while the available amounts that could be used are about 1.43 million cubic meters which in its turn enables to cultivate about 634- 793-952 acres using either surface or sprinkler and drip irrigation chronologically ordered . Assuming that these areas will produce same acre production for same crop through study sample which is about 22 ardeb per acre in this village ,these spaces which produced about 12.54 totally or about 13.9 -17.44-20.9 thousand ardebs for each of the above mentionwd irrigation methods and also achieves a total finance estimated by 5.28-6.62-7.94 million L.E. successively according to market prices in agriculture season years 2012/2013.
8-The wasted irrigation water used in wheat irrigation in Abuha village ,Aou-Qurqas province is estimated about 2. 67 million cubic meters while the available amounts that could be used are about 1. 87 million cubic meters which in its turn enables to cultivate about 464 -580- 1109acres using either surface or sprinkler and drip irrigation chronologically ordered . Assuming that these areas will produce same acre production for same crop through study sample which is about 15 ardeb per acre in this village ,these spaces will produce about -6.96-8.70 - 16.64thousand ardebs totally for each of the above mentioned irrigation methods and also achieves a total finance estimated by 1. 95 - 2. 43 - 4.66million L.E. successively according to market prices in agriculture season years 2012/2013.
9-The wasted irrigation water used in wheat irrigation in Beni-Ebeed village ,Aou-Qurqas province is estimated about 4. 26 million cubic meters while the available amounts that could be used are about 2. 98 million cubic meters which in its turn enables to cultivate about 740- 926 -1612 acres using either surface or sprinkler and drip irrigation chronologically ordered . Assuming that these areas will produce same acre production for same crop through study sample which is about 15 ardeb per acre in this village ,these spaces which produced about totally or about11.1ــ 13. 9 ــ 26. 5thousand ardebs for each of the above mentionwd irrigation methods and also achieves a total finance estimated by 3.1 ــــ3.9 ـــ 7. 4 million L.E. successively according to market prices in agriculture season years 2012/2013.
10-In the frame work of the above mentioned points , the study has recommended the following :
-The necessity to rationalize using irrigation water according to the limpidness of such resources from a part and the political burdens from which Egypt suffer and which of course has a strong relation to these resources.
-the importance of developing irrigation traditional methods specially in the old lands which leads to inevitable rationalization of the use of irrigation water through applying recent irrigation methods from a side and increasing acre product ability from another side
-The necessity to hold studies Parallel to this study all over the republic governorates aiming to reach scientific results concerning water usage rationalization
-The necessity for coordinating among scientific and executive parts affiliated to water resources.
