Abstract
We assume that DW-MRI is a safe and confident method in detection and local staging of urinary bladder carcinoma. In addition, DW images may predict the histological grade of the tumor. Hence DWI may be added to routine imaging protocols of urinary bladder tumors.
We think that multiple prospective studies with large number of patient should done to confirm the role of DW-MRI in staging and grading of bladder tumors and we think that at a time DMRI may have great role in diagnosis, treatment plane and we think it may replace follow-up cystoscopy in surveillance protocol of superficial ladder tum.
