It is noticeable that the path kinetic proper blow in
swimming through several stages (Entry and catch – pull –
push – disposal – back movement), and require movement
through these stages a high degree of speed to complete the
distance in less time as possible, and is characterized by an
individual of the capabilities of physical governed by the
laws and principles of mechanical may affect the final
outcome of the performance, which is in the plane Digital
may lead swimmer movements quickly a few arms so the
distance that results from tensile and push by arms be few
and have a great rate of strikes which affects the total time
for the distance traveled was also influenced by the time
some of the other variables kinematic rotation speed and
start-up speed.
The specificity of this race for the swimmer in that
entrance to learn and master the strategies set speed
regulation as an indicator of the ability of the swimmer on
the distribution of energy in the light of the function of the
mechanical work during the strike performance for the race
distance.
Follow through researcher Championships
swimming different Note the presence of defects inability
swimmers to achieve the numbers required in some
different races and of course due to the many reasons why a
researcher finds that among those reasons, the lack of most
swimmers ability to hold a right mechanical stroke through
distance swimming required and which is related of course
to the ability of the swimmer on his mastery of the
technical performance of the strikes next case, the training
and the associated side of my plans, as well as follow some
swimmers for the wrong style to choose the strategy that
leads them race distance and that any defect in mechanical
strike during a race distance often leads to lower in the
level of digital performance.
from here the idea to study the biomechanical
changes to blow the arm in the free pool through a distance
of 200 m freestyle to know the reasons for lack of players
in achieving the highest level of the kinematic will be
kinematic study these variables that affect the 200 meter
freestyle.
Objectives of the study:
The study aims to identify:
1. quantitative values to the variables (the times -
the length of stroke - strokes rate - stroke time) through
units (50 m) distance 200-meter freestyle.
2. changes between the times of stages pool 200-meter
freestyle.
3. magnitudes amount of instantaneous speed of
movement of the hand through the arm to strike units
(50 m) for a distance of 200 meters freestyle.
4. kinematic changes in certain body positions and its
components during the stroke subject to analysis.
5. The change in speed, time and effort to the
proportion of clips swimming 200 meters
freestyle.parts during the strike subject to analysis
Research questions:
First question: What values quantitative variables
(times - the length of stroke - strokes rate - stroke time)
through units (50 m) distance 200-meter freestyle?
Second question: What changes between the
times of the stages of swimming 200-meter freestyle?
Third question: magnitudes amount of
instantaneous speed of movement of the hand through
the arm to stroke units (50 m) for a distance of 200
meters freestyle?
Fourth question: What kinematic changes in
certain body positions and its components during the
stroke subject to analysis?
Fifth question: What changes in the speed and the
time and the ratio of effort to sections 200-meter
freestyle swimming?
Research procedures:
The researcher used the descriptive approach (case
study) using kinetic analysis biomechanical Using video
cameras due to the appropriateness of the nature of the
study and Computer data processing accumulated. And the
sample was human swimmers in the selection of a 200
meter freestyle was chosen the way of intentional club
swimmers from the sun which is holding the first position
and the eighth for the 200 meter freestyle (stage under 18
years old) for the championship of the Republic Summer
2010/2011.
The skill sample is about the way of technical
performance to the free pool. Exploratory study was
conducted on 03.06.2013 complex of swimming pools in
Cairo Stadium. The study was carried basic dated
06.06.2013 where they were filming (4 attempts) to stroke
the arm through a distance of 200 m freestyle (by blow arm
in every 50 m) 0 was calculated times of units (50 m), a
distance of 200 m freestyle, as well as the calculated total
long distance rate was calculated by the number of strikes
blows on the arm as well as one-time and was calculated
using the equation along strike occasion. Times were
calculated performance stages strike as well as the
proportion of the effort for the average swimming speed
and rate of strikes and strike time.
Conclusions:
In light of the research objectives and procedures and
the results of the researcher can display the following
conclusions:
1) The swimmer has been able to legalize speed
performance through units distance swimming 200 meters
freestyle.
2) The swimmer did not achieve the appropriate rate
between the length of the strike and the rate of strikes.
3) Not a particular style or quasi-static to form hand
movement speed curve path through the emergence of the
basic movement of the blow to the swimmer through the
pool and units (50 m) distance 200-meter freestyle.
4) exaggeration swimmer in the depth of the two strokes,
leading to increased energy expended and thus affect the
the final product of the speed of the swimmer.
5. failure to take proper to the status of the body resulting
in increased angle of inclination of his body in some places
and that lead to the generation of swirling around the body
and is working to increase the effort and increase the
performance of swimming time.
6. I have the speed to DROP swimmer at distances rotations,
which may be constituted training burden on the swimmer
area
Recommendations:
In light of the findings the researcher recommends the
following:
1) The necessity of attention to coaches during training
urged swimmers trying to install a performance hit form in
accordance with the specific effectiveness and efficiency as
reflected positively on the registered pool designated
distance time process.
2) Interest in analyzing other types of races according to the
privacy and distance each race and the impact on
mechanical strike.
3) The necessity of attention to the guidance of trained
swimmers through the use of proper nutrition reactionary
analysis of how the effort to be exerted through the distance
and not only just to be able to predict with time swimming
cycles which will be performed in the race.
4) The necessity of attention to the guidance of trained
swimmers towards the appropriate relationship between the
length of the stroke and the rate of strokes during the
swimming race distance.
5) the need for more research to link the mechanical
performance and the physiological side
6) must increase the interest of coaches to support
swimmers more technical exercises that help to maintain
the most suitable for the body and not to exaggerate the
situation in the performance of his movements during the
strike.
7) The necessity of the guidance of trained swimmers
towards the appropriate relationship between the
performance of the 50 m the first time and the second in
order to assist in the effort rationing during a manner that
reflects positively on the swimmer to tolerate strategy is
suitable rest of the distance
