Abstract
The developing countries face three interrelated problems, the solution of which is of paramount importance for the survival of mankind. These problems are the population explosion, the environmental pollution, and the shortage of protein for human consumption 80th human and animanutritionnowadays are based on the production of cereal grains, legumes and oil-seeds. But the low protein content of these foodstuffs is a limiting factor With the exception of soybean and a few other oil- seeds of lesser importance, they contain only 7-proteins.
