Abstract In part one the resuts of x ray Poweder diffraction patterns of the complexes are disussed according to the results the m(2.3-hl)2 2h2o complexes for M=ni, ag and cu have different structures the trsults of x ray crystallography of the complexes m(2.3-hl)2.2h2o where m=ni and mn are discussed x ray single crystal analysis of mn(2.3-hl).h2o showc this compound to be formulated as 2(mn(2.3-hl)3 Mn(h2o)6 the crystals are hexagonal space group p3(no.143)with a = 14.633(3),b=14.633(3),c=6.349(2)a,a=90,b=90 y=120(2), and rf=0.038,z=1 for 2789 diffractometer data the crystal structure consists of two mn(2.3-hl)anions and mnh2o cation connected together by hydrogen bonds of the type o h o between oxygen atoms of cationic aqua molecules and the non coordinated oxygen of a carboxy group or oxygen atoms of carboxy groups in position 3 in the pyridine ring. |
