Abstract
This thesis is divied into three chapters chapter I comprises a survey of the literature reports on the chemical synthesis of bulging bilock derivatives of the component monosaccharides the different coupling methods for the synthesis of oligosaccharides and the sequentiel addition of selectively blocked activated nonosaccharies to a grawing oilgoscooharies chain.
