Abstract

This paper deals with historical study of Arabic calligraphy and its importance in Arab heritage, he is rooting for the Arab identity over time in his various six basic patterns and display his features, also deals with the study of Arabic typography as a key element in designing the idea of magazine Advertising employing it in Applied Arts, in addition to displaying the most important problems faced by and the difference between it and calligraphy. It also deals with studying magazine - the finest journalistic arts - past and present and show the difference between it and the Newspaper, the advantages and disadvantages of advertising in it, and introducing the concept and the stages of innovating magazine Advertising design idea ,then displaying and analyzing magazine Latin typographic advertising designs models. Finally displaying and analyzing Applied models for designing Arabic typographic magazine Advertising Idea.
The Research divided into three sections connected to each other through the theoretical and practical part
