Abstract
The objective of this work is to develop feasible, precise and accurate analytical methods for pharmaceutical compounds that have pharmacological action on central nervous system (CNS) either being alone such as Tranylcypromine sulphate, Buspirone hydrochloride, Sertraline hydrochloride, Flupentixol dihydrochloride and Pregabalin or in mixture such as Phenobarbital, Methylphenobarbital and Phenytoin or in comination with other drugs such as Phenobarbital with Acefylline piprazine.
Different analytical techniques have been developed for determination of the investigated drugs includes High performance liquid chromatography, Spectrophotometry, Spectroflurometry, Atomic absorption spectrophotometry and Conductometry.
