Abstract
A total of 223 newly born calves under 15days; old were investigated in the present work from one dairy herd suffered from calf diarrhea Fifty calves were used to isolate the bacterial causes of this problem. Other 50 calves were used to estimate the Igs level in the calves sera (immunological profile test). Preparation of concentrated immunoglobulins solution from surplus pooled colostrum was done and used as r mmunooropn gte x ts and immunotherapy Twenty three calves were used to study the effect of immunological solution (MIBILS) experimentally.Ten calves were used as immunoprophylaxis, and another ten calves served as immunotherapy and three cal yes as immunereplacer of colostrum in naturaly colostrum deprived calves.Fift4 cal yes were used to apply the MIBILS as usual treatment of diarrhea alone and 50 cal yes were used to apply the MIBILS with as ulph o n e m i d s as anti-diarrheal treatment.
