Abstract
Two laboratory experiments were carried out at both of the department of laboratory and quality control (research labs) of the arabian milling and food industries and the cereals quality laboratory of the faculty agriculture, (el- shatby), alexandria university, alexandria, egypt. the study exended during the period of 2011 tell 2013.
