Abstract The study was conducted to investigate the relationships of leadership styles and organizational learning, mediated by organizational culture among the leaders in Palestinian ministries-Gaza strip. Specifically, this study aimed : 1) to determine the state of organizational learning among the Palestinian ministries as perceived by the managerial staffs in these ministries; 2) to identify the leadership styles prevailing among the leaders in the Palestinian ministries; 3) to determine the relationship between the leadership styles and organizational learning in thePalestinian ministries; 4) to determine the mediating effects of organizational culture on the relationship between the leadership styles and organizational learning. |
