The research aimed at discovering the effect of some interaction strategies in collaborative learning environment using web2 applications on developing skills of designing and producing digital learning objects for higher studies students at faculty of education. The researcher presented: Research Problem, Research Purposes, Research Significance, Research Methodology, Research Tools, Research Hypotheses, Research Procedures. It was also presented the theoretical foundations of the research in three axes, the first axis: interaction strategies in collaborative learning environment using web2 applications, the second axis: digital learning objects, the third axis: designing collaborative learning environment in the light of the interaction strategies (multi-group interaction and forum interaction), and the model adopted for the research. The researcher used the descriptive research methodology and analytical approach quasi-experimental research, and through the application of El-Gazzar model (2013). The current research used the quasi-experimental design using two experimental groups with pre and post assessment. Thus, the sample was selected randomly(n=60) and divided into two experimental groups the first experimental group studied using the Multi group interaction strategy , and the other experimental group studied through the Forum interaction strategy; after finishing the experiment the study tools were administered to the two groups. The current research used a cognitive electronic test, an observation checklists and a checklist to evaluate the quality of final product of the digital learning objects. The researcher applying appropriate statistical processing methods using statistical programs of Social Sciences package SPSS21, The research reached the following results: 1. The first hypothesis (There are statistically significant difference at (0.05) level between the gain mean scores of the first and second experimental groups in the post application of the achievement test) was accepted. 2. The second hypothesis (There are statistically significant difference at (0.05) level between the mean scores of the first and second experimental groups in the post application of the observation checklist) was accepted. 3. The third hypothesis (There are statistically significant difference at (0.05) level between the mean scores of the first and second experimental groups in the post application of the evaluation checklist of the quality of final product) was accepted.
