Abstract
The aim of this study is to detect the possible different mutation in exon 11 of both brca1&brca2 genes in breast cancer patients to highlight the role of these mutation if any in the pathogenesis of breast cancer and to evaluate its possible application in early detection or gene therapy in breast cancer.
