المستخلص

The aim of this research is to develop a program using the kinetic simulations interactive and learn about its impact on some of the basic skills of mentally disabled who are able to learn. The researcher used the experimental method for relevance to achieve the objectives of the research . Using the experimental design of two unequal one officer and the other a pilot to follow before and after measurements for both groups. The research community in mentally handicapped children who are able to learn the Sunni phase of (9 of 12 ) in the School of Intellectual Education in Minya for the academic year 2014/2015 m -strong (42) children , and the researcher choose the sample randomly , stood strong (20) children has been divided into two groups of equal strength of each of them (10) children . The most important research tools Hardware and tools. IQ test : ( Stanford - Binet ) . basic skills tests for the mentally disabled who are able to learn.
