Abstract Also lead-calcium alloys have been generally employed in valve-regulated lead-acid batteries since they appeared in the early 1970s. For this reason the aim of our work was to study structure, corrosion resistance and physical properties of lead- calcium alloys. And Improve corrosion resistance and physical properties of lead- calcium alloys by adding different ratio from aluminum. To verify this aim we used. Melt spinning technique to prepare lead-calcium alloys without \ with adding different aluminum ratio (1- 5 wt. %). Also they study microstructure, corrosion resistance, electrical resistivity, elastic modulus, internal friction, Vickers hardness and thermal properties of these alloys using available experimental techniques. |
