The obtained result were summarized as follow: 1- The prevalence of E.coli isolated from examined samples was 55.5%, 33.3% and 44.4% for floor, knives, washing water , respectively at Zagazig slaughterhouse. Also, the prevalence of E.coli in examined samples of floor, knives and washing water from Menia El-Kamah slaughterhouse was 33.3%, 22.2% and 11.2%, respectively. Meanwhile , it was 44.4%, 33.3% and 22.2% from Abu- Hammad in case of floor, knives and washing water, respectively. 2- The prevalence of isolated E.coli in examined surfaces of carcasses and worker’s hands was ( 44.4% and 44.4%),(11.1% and 22.2%) and(33.3% and 33.3) for Zagazig , Menia El-Kamah and Abu –Hammad slaughterhouses , respectively.
