Anxiety is one of the features that dominate the global community these days, where many conflicts of destructive wars on regional and global level, which led to the destruction suffered by many countries, as well ass the spread of revolutions in many parts of the world which resulted in a spread-raising feelings of anxiety and fear, especially among young people who were dominated by their privacy, which cause psychological instability as a result of threats surrounding their lives.
As adolescence is a stage of crisis, where adolescent suffer from conflict and anxiety and many of problems in a relative and different way from other social and cultural aspects, especially in blind adolescent who has clearly death anxiety when losing social support, so the more losing social support that may help to achieve emotional stability, the greater the anxiety of life loss.

The current study seeks to answer the following questions:
(1) To what extent the degrees of the experimental group blind adolescent differ before and after implementing the program on the death anxiety scale?
(2) To what extent the degrees of the control group blind adolescent differ before and after implementing program on the death anxiety scale?
(3) To what extent the degrees of the experimental group blind adolescent differ before and after implementing the program on reality therapy program?
(4) To what extent the degrees of the control group blind adolescent differ before and after implementing the program on reality therapy program?
The importance of the study:
The current study importance can be summarized in the following aspects:
The theoretical importance:
The theoretical importance of the current study represented in an attempt to shed light on the concept reality therapy and death anxiety among blind adolescents, as well as theoretical rooting of the concept that has not been studied extensively in Egypt and t he Arab world, and develop a scientific basis from which researchers enrich many future studies and researches in the field of mental health.
2- Applied importance:
The applied importance of the current study represented in developing a treatment program (reality therapy) aimed t o reduce the feeling of death anxiety among blind adolescents, because of the negative effects resulting from the concern they have which also affects the psychological adjustment of the blind adolescents, and t o reduce the anxiety among blind adolescents.
The objectives of the study:
The current study aims at achieving the following objectives:
(1) Shed light on further research on the concept of death anxiety and its basic components, and the attempt in-depth understanding of the nature of death anxiety in blind adolescent.
(2) Develop a treatment program based on the use of techniques and strategies from reality therapy by Glaser, to reduce the feeling of death anxiety among blind adolescents.Hypotheses of the study:
(1) There are statistically significant differences between the averages scores and ranks of the control group after the implementing of the treatment program on the death anxiety scale, in favor of the experimental group.
(2) There are no statistically significant differences between the averages scores and ranks of the experimental group after implementing the program and the averages scores and ranks of the dame group on the follow up application.
The study procedures:
Methodology:
The current study is based on t he experimental approach.
The study sample:
The total sample consists of (20), divided into (10 experimental group and 10 control group) who have high level of death anxiety.
The study tools:
1- Death Anxiety Scale (prepared by the researcher).
2- The reality therapy program (Prepared by the researcher).
Statistical method:
The researcher used the following tests:
• T-Test.
• The average.
• Standard deviation
• Consistency equation (Kronbouk and alpha)
• Spearman Consistency equation.
• Jetman Consistency equation.
• Nonparametric Tests.
• Mann Whitney tests.
• Wilcoxon
