المستخلص

The main purpose of this study is to determine the natural connection between leading styles and functionality. Determine the influence of leading styles on the level of functionality. The results of the Research: The Democratic Leading Styles is commonly used in the Directorates of Education in Erbil then the Autocratic style and the Chaotic style is the last. The results show that the level of functionality is high. The results point out that there is positive moral relationship between Democratic leadership mode and each of: elements, characteristics, measures of the performance, there is positive moral relationship between Autocratic leadership mode and each of: elements, characteristics and measures of the performance as well. There is positive moral relationship between Chaotic leadership mode and each of: elements, characteristics and measures of the performance also. The results point out that there is positive moral relationship between (Democratic and Autocratic) modes and the elements of performance, but there is no moral effect of the Chaotic leadership mode upon the elements of the performance. There is also moral effect of the (Democratic and Autocratic) leadership modes on the characteristics of the performance, but there is no moral effect of the Chaotic leadership mode upon the characteristics of the performance. And there is moral effect of the (Autocratic, Democratic and Chaotic) leadership modes on the measures of the performance.
