Abstract
The second chapter consists of the equipment and chemicals used in the work. Also it contains the method for preparation of -aminobenzamido derivatives from isatoic anhydride and amino acid esters and its reaction with hydrazine hydrate to obtain the hydrazide analogue. Also it contains the method for condensation of -aminobenzamido derivatives and its hydrazide analogue with aldehydes and ketones using two different techniques, conventional method and microwave. The MAO-A and MAO-B inhibition activity of the synthesized compounds were also performed.
