The university is an organization belongs to the student during the stage of the most important stages of life to find the satisfaction of the various aspects of his personality is receiving science and knowledge and training on the use of scientific method in all areas of his life and develop his abilities and his hobbies and satisfy his needs and desires through participation available to them in all aspects of the activity. And the university at the present time is not intended to provide knowledge to students but also broadcast them positive values that enable them to fight in life and develop their own talents and preparations.Aim of the research:The research aims to prepare a diploma specialized in the field of recreational tourism in the light of academic credit hours.Society and the research sample:Population comprised of faculty and graduate students members of the faculties of Physical Education (Sports Management sections of the sports and recreation) and colleges of tourism and hotels were selected randomly by 94 faculty members and 220 graduate students.The study exploratory:After the experts approve the form of a questionnaire, and make sure they make the goal that developed from him, the researcher applying the questionnaire on (23) between the member of the faculty of various academic degrees and graduate students form department of sports management and recreation sports, tourism and hotels in the period from (02/15/2015 m to 02/28/2015 AD), in order to determine the time required to answer a questionnaire, training assistants in the application form of a questionnaire and conducting statistical transactions to find validity coefficient (internal consistency) and consistency (alpha Cornbrash. Recommendations:First: the importance of preparing diploma specialized in recreational tourism.Paying attention to the faculties of Physical Education and Tourism and Hotels, the development of scientific research in the field of recreational tourism skills.The inclusion of specialized college courses make the student is able to develop and implement recreational tourism programs in the various stages of education.Second, for the preparation of specialty diploma in recreational tourism administrative procedures.To strengthen the university diploma recreational tourism to provide an opportunity for different students from different classes to facilitate access to the diploma.Provide an opportunity for students from abroad of various nationalities to get a diploma recreational tourism through the World Wide Web for information.
