Abstract
The aims of this study were to:
1- Investigate the most significant aspects of patient’s history and clinical examination in diagnosis of TMD patients.
2- Investigate three dimensionally (using CBCT imaging) the skeletal anteroposterior jaws positions and relationships in a sample of TMD patients.
3- Investigate three dimensionally (using CBCT imaging) the morphological and positional characteristics of the TMJ bony components and the condyle-fossa relationships in a sample of TMD patients.
4- Correlate the different types of anteroposterior dental and skeletal, static and functional malocclusions with the clinical findings of TMD as well as their CBCT measurements.
