Going on the subject of research about the possibility to take advantage of human organs from the dead , where addresses subject to the position of Islamic jurisprudence from over the permissibility of the possibility of organ donation by way of commandment , as the subject deals with in detail the position of the positive law of comparative passport commandment in human organs , Jat that commandment round Search is the disposition of the body of a dead added to after death , it has made a positive law for this kind of commandment , which is replaced by member of the Dead which preach before the death of a person in dire need of it and who did not benefit in the treatment of conventional treatment .
