The goal of current research to build the existing education system with Web 2.0 and measure its effectiveness in the scientific concepts of programming and associated skills development techniques, researcher prepared for this purpose is derived proposal of the general model of instructional design model, and the research sample has consisted of (60) students from students of third grade secondary school Hussein Hammad middle east of the Department Mansoura educational Girls were split randomly assigned to two groups officer and pilot, were verified equality of the two groups by the application, and after completing the application tool study group trial to measure the impact of the independent Alentgar (Web 2.0 technologies ) on the dependent variable (the scientific concepts of programming and associated skills), and the researcher design test to measure the cognitive aspects of scientific concepts of programming and associated skills, and also note card to measure the performing aspects of programming skills, and revealed the results of a study that he is no significant difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) among the middle-tribal application degrees and post in the cognitive test, as well as note card attributed the educational system and for the benefit of the dimensional application, as the study revealed significant effectiveness of the educational system based on Web 2.0 technologies in the development of scientific concepts for programming and skills associated They also revealed the impact of the educational system based on Web 2.0 technologies in the scientific concepts of programming and associated skills development One of the main recommendations of the study using the proposed instructional design model in the design of e-courses via the Internet, the educational system applied to students of middle school and high school to facilitate the collection of courses and curricula, seek to convert courses into electronic decisions via the Internet, establishment of system e-learning based on Web 2.0 in educational institutions, the establishment of an electronic training network to train teachers on how to use technological innovations and employ them in the educational process and the use of Web 2.0 technologies in the design, manufacturing and deployment and management of electronic courses and provided for learners across the Internet, the development of specialty e-learning in universities in order to prepare specialists competent in the field of design, production, development and management of e-learning and e-courses, use of social networks such as Facebook and twitter in the management of electronic training courses and the development of students’ skills and education professionals and education alike.
