This study sought to identify a framework of Awqaf and investment assets development, as well as the disclosure of the size of the beneficiaries of the proceeds of the moratorium, with identifying the risks of investment operations, and to develop mechanisms to invest the endowment funds without exposing them to the risk, with a better knowledge of investment means available to the funds and assets of endowments. The study also aimed to detect the development of new systems to allow more efficiency in the investment of endowment funds. The study found several results can be summarized in the following points: is investment in cessation cumulatively, because the investment productivity on a permanent basis wealth moratorium prevents the sale and consumption of its value, and prevents the disabled from exploitation, and denies slamming him and abuse him, and must maintain it maintained by and add to the its resources, from this point of Valoagaf not just an investment for future generations, but increasing day by day by adding a new endowments to what exists without detracting from the old endowments thing, and participate endowment to solve some economic problems such as illness, poverty and ignorance, and contribute to the reconstruction of the moratorium in resolving issues housing and the provision of commercial buildings, also has a role in the development of agriculture through agricultural projects and lease plots of land in order to make use of them. So is Endowments investment real pillar of the national and regional economy, and this is not limited to foundations, but Islamic in general, financial institutions and investment which has become a place of stability and supporting the national economy.
