The concept of justice more intellectual concepts of social importance in the history of human thought, if not the most important of it at all, even some thinkers argue that history as a whole is only the struggle over what constitutes justice. What is important in the study of this subject to the justice of the most important issues of concern to human thought? ,because of what justice is the most influential in the development of civilizations and upgrading its, and the deeper roots in human nature, the idea - to my knowledge - has not been studied by a detailed study, no one was sought from researchers to address scientific treatment, if it considers that the scientific researcher library desperately need to fill this gap. The nature of the study required that consists of an introduction and three chapters follow Balkhatmh: Chapter One: justice when poets Greeks by Aristophanes: Search hit the first seeds of the idea of justice when former poets Greeks of Aristophanes, through four topics: first justice when Homer through Almhamtin famous private Iliad and the Odyssey, stressing that justice is what differentiates between civilized society and barbaric society, . Secondly justice when Hsaiodoux, Through educational business days and his poem in the eighth century BC. M., Like to let that owning a sense of justice ”rule of law” is what differentiates between human and animal ,Thirdly justice for Solon It provides a picture of what years of laws in line with the idea of justice has, and since that time began to replace the norms of law resolves within Greek society. Fourthly justice when the three poets tragedy, where he took the three divine justice at the hands of Oasgulos my studies for a three-Aloauristaa positivist concept through the application of legal procedures which replaced the norms, and the judiciary, which replaced retribution. Then came Sophocles where he confirmed through tragedy Ontitjony that justice is to respect man-made laws not inconsistent with the divine laws. . As Euripides has acknowledged the rule of law to all human beings from the beginning through to the kings and slaves, and through the tragedy Hikaby. The second chapter entitled came the era of Aristophanes: This chapter is divided into two sections: First, during the fifth century political circumstances and the fourth BC. where it was to the Athenian democracy that influenced the formation of cultural thought Aristophanes. Second, the effects of the political conditions on the individual and society during the fifth and fourth century BC. As explained by the impact of this offer those wars on the economic conditions of Athens, especially after the defeat, and caused within the Athenian society. Finally, Chapter III: Justice when Aristophanes: This chapter is divided into two sections main. First comedy male bees: If you can during my studies that the comedy, which provides a picture of the judicial courts - because it is the applied side of justice Actress - to show how he was able Aristophanes that justice is given to different body himself by all his predecessors, And that’s what makes me the oldest tabular study of these mechanisms and terms, and show me that he is not without a theatrical work for him from one of these terms, which was and is still used in all courts; which gave to its value and quality rare judicial reference fit for any time and place. Second comedy of women in parliament: Photos of Aristophanes in which the legislative side of justice within the People’s Council, expressing what was going through the community from chaos and corruption to the point of damaging the possibility of achieving justice in all spheres of life. So it has - very clearly - select three lesions that could lead to destruction of society: first corruption of political leadership and, secondly, judicial corruption and poverty III. Hence, the absence of justice solution for the crisis of society - from the face of Aristophanes of view - is the firm application of the Secretary of the laws, and by promoting the concept of justice for all spectrums of society.
