Abstract

This study concerned with three proteins, α-Synuclein ; glail cell line-neurotrophic factor (GDNF) and its receptor (GFRα-1). α-Synuclein are Parkinson’s disease (PD) linked protein of ubiquitous expression in the central nervous system. The cause of idiopathic PD is obscure, and most cases are sporadic. It is widely accepted that there is a genetic component of the disease, and that genetic factors play a dominant role. The two proteins GDNF and GFRα-1 are main elements in GDNF Family which belonging to the superfamily (TGF)-B (transforming growth factors-B), these elements control the differentiation and development of the cells and also control the performance with their functions.
