Abstract

The main difficulty of a real system results from the very large number of elements (variables)
controlling the behavior of the system. Optimization problems witch has a large-scale number of
variables and constraints are called large-scale systems.
Large-scale problems arise in some applications such as manpower
planning, industrial planning, and control problems.
In the present work, a study of large multicriteria integer programming problems is introduced
together with a combined algorithm for treating multiobjective large-scale linear programming
problems (MOLSLPP’s) with primal block angular structure , Also a parametric study for the
MOLSLPP’s with different positions of parameters and a theorem for determines the stability set of
the first kind
Finally, a unified interactive approach for solving multiobjective integer linear programming
problem is presented and applied on large-scale problems.
This thesis is divided into four chapters:
Chapter one:
Presents a survey on a mutiobjective linear programming problems including some interactive
approaches for solving them.
The different structures and the method for solving large-scale linear programming problems are
presented
Presents a combined algorithm for treating MOLSLPP’s with primal block angular structure and a
parametric study for large scale linear programming problems is introduced.
Chapter three:
Constructs a unified approach for solving multiobjectiv integer linear programming
problems.
Also, Applying the above-unified approach to solve large scale MOLPP’s.
Chapter four:
Contains the conclusion of this work and the points for further study.
