Abstract
beni suef basin is a basin under exploration. it is located along the nile valley, north the central part of egypt. the basin is bisected by the present day nile valley into two provinces; west of nile province and east of nile province, the area of study. the area of east beni suef basin, nile valley lies between and 28 itcovers a surface area of 1500 km .east beni suef basinis considersd as one of the promissing areas that is newly introductionin the plan of future exploration for hydrocarbon potientialities.
