Abstract
For patients with critical limb ischaemia,the optimal treatement to enhance limb preservation,prevent death,and improve function status is unknown.
We performed a systemic review and a meta-analysis to asses the comparative effectiveness of management of patients with CLI in vascular surgery department in Assiut University Hospital.
A descriptive study of 149 patients was done during a period of 6 months starting from 1/4/2014 till 1/10/2014 including full history taking, risk factors assessment,management strategy regarding medical, endovascular,or surgical treatment and compare it with a few international studies reaching to an optimal algorism or a protocol for dealing with patients complaining of CLI.
