Introduction:
In fact, verbal communication problems consider one of the most complicated dilemmas which the autistic child is suffering from for the basic difficulties of language development he meets such as for instance:
- The incapability of having common concern
- Difficulty of understanding the meaning of communicating with others.
- Autistic child doesn’t learn skills normally.
- Lack of comprehending symbols and relations.
As the autistic child is incapable to acquire or use language, 20-50% of autistic children are unable to acquire speech, suffering utterance or pronouncing words, suffering several linguistic problems such as:
- Low-growth of functional speech
- Repetition of words
- Reversing pronouns
- Missing sound in the rhythmic aspect
Communication disabilities’ risk is explored clearly making other disorders which most important are “ behavioral disorders” that appear as a result of lacking the means to communicate verbally or non-verbally; so a child expresses his desires through crying, biting, impairing, spoiling, and other undesirable behaviors that make parents hurry to calm down the child by exposing everything he might like. This reaction from parents reinforces negatively the ill-manners of the autistic child, strengthen the appearance and repetition of these behaviors more and more; here comes the remarkable importance of communicating with others in acceptable social context.

Study Problem:
Problems of communication among autistic children vary according to the mental and social development level of those children. Some children are incapable of speaking while others have wide linguistic vocabulary and capable of speaking deeply and even fluently and in details in topic they care about. Despite this great discrepancy, the majorities of autistic children has little problems or have none in pronunciation and their main problem is reflected in using language effectively in social situations. Besides, most of autistic children suffer from problems in meaning of words and sentences, rhythm, and toning.
The researcher has noticed through her work with autistic children multiple problems appear in verbal communication affecting negatively their interaction and convenience with others. These problems represent an obstacle in front of family, friends, and professionals in determining the appropriate habilitating programs suit this category of children.
Study Questions:
1. Are there any differences between male/female autistic children regarding their verbal communication problems?
2. Are there any differences in intensity and nature of problems due to autism degree?
3. Do verbal communication problems differ among autistic children according to difference in their age stage?
Summary of the research

Study Objective:
The present study drives at exploring the common verbal communication problems among autistic children, exploring as well the differences between the two sexes.
Study Significance:
The current study derives its significance from tackling with special category of children, the autistic children and problems of verbal communication, attempting to identify these problems in order to assist parents and specialists in this field to deal properly with those children. The study reinforces its target by identifying the characteristics, traits, and obstacles of using language normally which is the first starting point in any habilitation process required for those children. Moreover, enlighten teachers and parents of those children with their problems help and contribute matching with their peers and accession within and inside the society.
Study hypothesis:
1. There are statistically significant differences between autistic groups of (6-9) years and (10-12) years on the scale of common verbal communication trouble of Autistic children.
2. There are statistically significant differences between male and female autistic children on the scale of common verbal communication trouble of Autistic children.
3. There are statistically significant differences in types of verbal communication trouble of male and female Autistic children.

5. There are statistically significant differences among autistic children in the verbal communication troublesrelevant to their social and educational levels.
