Abstract
The results of this study form the basis for a better understanding of clinical and radiological outcomes of Evans calcaneal osteotomy in treatment of adult acquired flat foot deformity, the overall success rate (83.3%)The overall complication rate (10.78%) there are significant radiological improvement and clinical improvement ( decrease pain and return to conventional footwear) but for further comparative clinical studies with other surgical options and for long follow-up periods.
