المستخلص This study aims to determine the RelationShip Between Employees’ Empowerment And Burnout Applied to Employees in Middle East Company For Productive Electricity. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and randomly data have been collected from some employees in Middle East Company For Productive Electricity. Sample size is 363, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study show that There is a significant correlation between the dimensions of employee empowerment (opportunity and information, Support, resources) and emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of personal accomplishment. Also results show that the dimensions of employee empowerment are significantly affect on (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of personal accomplishment) as dimensions of burnout at company under consideration. |
